Rhubarb Squares

I want to try this recipe soon....


Crust: 

2 cups flour 
3/4 Cup icing sugar
3/4 margarine

Mix crust and press into 9x13" pan. Bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes 


Filling: 

4 eggs, beaten
 4 cups chopped rhubarb
 2 cups sugar 
1/4 cup flour 
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt

Combine eggs, sugar, flour,cornstarch and salt. Mix. Fold in rhubarb. Pour on top of baked crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until done.

  1. I made this recipe today and it was so very good - just love it! I put Nutriwhip whipped topping on the top.
