Isaiah 58: 11 And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
I just wanted to document the drought we are having by posting a few more pictures of the river that runs by our property. I took them the last week of September, 2012. As you can see in the pictures, there are completely dry areas on the riverbed. Then my thoughts go back to the Flood of the Century that we had here in Manitoba in 1997. The flooding was so tremendous in 1997 that our family was evacuated for 6 days and to see the river drying up more and more each day now is heartbreaking.
